She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Westwood and Gertrude Westwood (Dailey). She is survived by: her sons, Mike of Indianapolis, IN, Tony Schluttenhofer of Indianapolis, IN and Rod Green (Aimee) of Boswell, IN; her stepchildren, Scott Schluttenhofer of Anaheim, CA, Leslie Howe (Joe) of Indianapolis, IN and Lana King of Pine Knott, KY; and her brother Jim Westwood of Unionville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
