It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Groen of Fowler, Indiana, born in Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Harold Knapp; her daughter Arlene; and her siblings, Dale, Elden, Ivan Knapp and Imogene LaRue.
She is survived by: her son Neil Groen (Terry) of Lafayette; her siblings, Myrna Demske (Paul) of Avilla, IN, Reba Sliger of Fort Wayne, IN and Norman Knapp of Florida; and her grandchildren, Edie Hall (D. J.), Zachary Cole Groen, Lukas Groen, Joey Niccum, Austin Groen, Lane Groen and Marcus Robertson.
Memorial contributions may be made in Janet and Ludwig's name to the Fowler United Methodist Church.
