He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clarence, Urban, George, Lucile, Mildred and Marcella; his nieces, Bette Jean and Carol; and his fathers, Peter Vanderkolk and Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his stepchildren, Rebecca Houchens (Jerry) and Rick Mann; his grandchildren, Jennifer Baute (Aaron), Dustan Houchens (Kelli) and Emily Mann; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tyler Baute, Isaac Frechette, Anee Frechette-Houchens, Harper Houchens, Kaden Donatone and Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
