He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett O. Guthridge and Esther Guthridge (Scott); and his brother Garry. He is survived by: his daughter Carol of Indianapolis; his wife Gayle Pribie of Boswell; his grandsons, Brock and Brody Banta of Indianapolis; his sister-in-law Janet Guthridge; and his nieces and nephews, Michael A. Park (Yvonne), Megan R. Graham (Cory), Amy Millburg, Scott Guthridge, Jane Guthridge Cotton (Jon) and Jennifer Guthridge Williams (David).
