She was predeceased by: her husband Don; her stepchildren, Guy Sondgerath and Ann Sondgerath; her granddaughter Nicole Sondgerath; her son-in-law Rodney Gillen; and her siblings, Gary, Neal, Harold Anderson, Julie Jordan and Andrea Messer.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Chafin of Sacramento, CA, David Chafin (Elaine) of Argyle, TX and Gayle Gillen (late Rodney) of Boswell; her stepchildren, Paul Sondgerath (Sandra) of South Haven, MI, Lisa Hipps (Robert) of Oxford, IN and John Sondgerath (Lisa) of Cutler, IN.; her siblings, Calvin Anderson (Sharon), Arvil Anderson (Janice), Dale Anderson (Nancy) and Rosalie Rodgers (Carl); her grandchildren, Courtney Metzinger (Curt), Tara Garner (Nathan), Christopher Chafin, Nathan Hipps (Laura), Clay Hipps, Ben Sondgerath (Rachel), Rachael Sondgerath, Michelle Sondgerath, Angela Sondgerath, Erin Sondgerath (Will), Emily Slavich (Connor) and Evan Sondgerath; and her great grandchildren, Ian, Baylen Metzinger, Harlee, Pyper, Raegan Garner, Emma, Abigail Hipps and Slavich.
