He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Lowe and Lorraine Lowe (Weaver); his children, Eric Lowe of Fountaintown and Kelly Horne of Terre Haute; his grandson Troy K. Horne (Tracey); his great grandchildren, Troy K. Horne II, Destiny Horne, Devan Horne, Jessica Thompson and Kevin Taylor; his sister-in-law Paula Lowe; and his pets, Romeo and Brody. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
