John Jr.; her wife Jamouitee "Jessie" of Manilla; her daughters, Sharon "Sheri" Yarling (Chris) of Fountaintown and Brenda Sue Seaborn of Gwynneville; her brother Randy Goforth of Franklin; her grandchildren, Zach Crisman (Rachel) of Morristown, Tabitha Crisman of Shelbyville, Katherine "Katie" John of Shelbyville, Kiefer John (Angel) of Shelbyville and Colt Andry of Gwynneville; her stepgrandchildren, Lisa Altringer (Jay) of Grimes and Lindsay Yarling of Fairland; and her great grandchildren, Marley Ayers, Ryan, Luke, Paisley Crisman and Grace Altringer.
