He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Morris and Irma Morris (Harmening); his wife Karen (Pike); his daughter Niki Morris; his siblings, Eugene Morris, Doris Graham, Mary Cook and Donna Belcher; his grandson Donnie Morris; his nephew Brian Pike; and his great-nephew Hank Pike.

He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Smith (Martin) of Pendleton; his grandsons, Austin Morris (Natalie) of Yorktown and Erik Coop (Amanda) of Indianapolis; his great grandchildren, Ezekiel Morris, Tanner Morris, Eli Morris, Isabella Morris, Emerson Rodman and Zoey Snyder; his sister Jeannette Tweedy of Greenfield; his sister-in-law Charlotte Pike of Fountaintown; his nephew Phil Morris (Susie) of New Palestine; his nieces, Cindy Barnes (John) of New Palestine and Amy Ladas of New Palestine; and his great-nephews, Christian Ladas of Indianapolis and Charles Pike of Shelbyville.
