He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Thomas Godar (LaVita Huffmeyer), Robert J. Godar, Michael Godar, Daniel Godar (Mary), James Godar (Samantha), David Godar, Mark Godar (Cindy), Julia Hodge, Susie Owen (Rich), Elizabeth Chapman, Cathy McDivitt (Joe), Linda Meyer (Tom), Rita Boehme (Mike Adams), Cindy Lunsford (Mark) and Debra Carsey (Brian); his daughter Michele Uphaus (Ball); his half-brother Mike Ball; his stepbrother Ray Price; and his father-in-law Robert Godar.
He is survived by: his son Shawn Ball; his granddaughters, Miyu and Mayo Ball; his sister Deedra Barrows; his stepmother Alice Ball; his half-sisters, Jenny Ervine and Colleen Ball; and his stepsiblings, Kathy Bussberg, Karla Geise, Penny Goins, Robert Price, Richard Price, Ronald Price and Richard Goins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces.
