It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Fannin (Fountaintown, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Skaggs (Donley) and Norman Skaggs; and her sister Norma Fluharty. She is survived by: her husband David Fannin; her children, Darren Fannin (Barbara) of Fairland and Donna Manning (Michael) of Indianapolis; her brother Darrell Skaggs (Sharon) of Avon Park, FL; her grandchildren, Kevin Fannin (Megan), Rick Fannin (Megan), Kelli Fannin (Robbie), Megan Manning and Faith Pelt; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Scottie, Levi, Riley, Gabby, Paige and Aurora.
