He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn; and his son Randy. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Kathy Sadler (Owens); his grandson Jeremy Sadler (Jessica); his great grandchild Kristy Anderson (Richie); his children, Robin Moore (Duane), Melissa Haskell (Mike Blanco), Chris Price, Justin Moore and Renee Pennington (Ronnie); his grandchild Shawn Pennington (Jennifer); his daughter Rett Foster (Tony); his grandchildren, Abby, Laney and Hudson; and his siblings, Mike Sadler (Beverly) and Peg Young (Dennis).

In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to Fountain City Forward, an organization promoting the growth and development of Bill's hometown, Fountain City. fountaincityforward.org.
