It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Brown (Fountain City, Indiana), born in Appalachia, Virginia, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence James, Sr. and Ethel Louise Reed Brown; his wife Norma Jean Cross; and his siblings, Sonia Hayes, Doris Brown, Bennie Brown, Jack Brown and Lawrence James "LJ" Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Randy (Chris Brown), Roger (Jody Brown) and Beth Brown-Sebert (Doug Mull); his grandchildren, Lindsey Rust (Jeremy), Matt Brown (Brooke), Libby Siders (Jowann), Willie Brown (Jenny) and Faith Sebert (Kyle Parrett); his great grandchildren, Charlie Rust, Archie Rust, Alice Rust, Nolan Brown, Aria Mulada and Anya Mulada; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Carter Wright, Abel Parrett and Kinsley Parrett; and his siblings, Joe Brown, Glenda Nicholson (Merrill), Shirley Berry (Larry), Teresa Sebert (David), Jan Statzer and Sarah Brown. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
