Hawkins of Fountain City, Indiana, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Oscar, Florence Hawkins, John, Martha Retter and Robert Ross.
He is survived by: his parents, Dave Hawkins (Shelly) and Jackie Hawkins (Ross); his wife Kimberly; his children, Joseph Spalding (Debra), Michelle Spalding (Andy Steinke), Emily Moore (Jesse) and Elizabeth Spalding (Kyle Kraftchick); his grandchildren, Adrienne, Ryan, Emerson, Sarah, William and Owen; his siblings, Damita Nocton (Tim) and Shawn Hawkins; and his friend Sharon White. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces and nephews.
