She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Abney and Letha Allen Abney; her husband Ernest Bufford; her sons, Ernie Bufford and Terry Bufford; her granddaughter Stacey Leah Mosier; and her siblings, Janice Richey and Herman Abney, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Connie Sawyer (Greg) and Todd Bufford (Eddie Mingua, Jr.); her daughter-in-law Carol Bufford; her grandchildren, Stephanie Anderson (Chris), Erni Bufford, Cody Bufford (Katrina Rhodus) and Indy Bufford (Tommy Carter); and her siblings, Lucille Pippin, Bill Abney and Amos Abney. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and another expected in December; one great-great-grandchild.
