He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl D., Sr. and Alice Hartman Brumbaugh; and his brother Carl D. Brumbaugh, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Steven Brumbaugh, Ivan Brumbaugh, Becky Rudicil, Cindy Webb and Carolyn Godwin; and his aunt Pauline Riley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
