He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Roth; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Roth. He is survived by: his children, Herman B. (Jenevieve Ramsey Roth), Angela Anderson (Jim) and Mike Roth, Jr. (Amy); the mother of his children Marsha Hayden; his grandchildren, Jacob Roth and Hailey Anderson; his brother David Roth; and his close friend KayLynn Marcum. He is also survived by one nephew, two nieces, two great-nephews, two great-nieces, one great-great-niece.
