He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tommie Perry and Mary Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Brian L. Smith (Rebekah Hunt) and Angela S. Perry Smith (Don); his children, Ariyel and Azalea Smith; his nieces and nephews, Braylee, Ava and Nash Smith; his brother Brandon Smith; his close friend Jennifer Sargent-Holt; and his grandparents, Nancy Garland and Dennis Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
