She is survived by: her children, Kent Eric Lewis (Kelley), Kevin Earl Lewis (Melissa), Krista Kay Lewis and Lawrence Evan Lewis (Shelby); her grandchildren, Sandra Dearlove, Falicity Lewis, Bladen Lewis, Ethan Lewis and Kylieann Lewis; her nieces, Cheryl Thomas, Shari Petersime and Lindsay Mockley; her nephew Ronald Lewis; and her cousins, Dorothy Reynolds and Jeannie Moody.
