She was predeceased by: her parents, Carter Fackson and Loma Goens Fackson; her husband Robert M. "Bob" Lewis; and her siblings, Elmer Eugene Fackson (Marilyn) and Joan Fackson.
She is survived by: her sister Calmetta Hurd; her nieces, Kathy Pollock (Andy), Kelley Brown (Lance) and Gina Harmon (Cliff); and her nephew Keven Hurd (Karen). She is also survived by three great-nephews, two great-nieces and three great-great-nieces.
