He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Voges and Lenore Schultz Voges; and his sister Dolores Norman. He is survived by: his former wife Vicki Ratcliffe (Rex); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia and Paul Sturgis. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In death, his gift of tissue donation will improve the lives of many needy recipients.
