He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick M. Conway and Thelma Ada Conway (Jackson); his grandson Nathaniel Reece; and his brothers, Tom Conway, William Conway and James Conway, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Conway; his children, Denver Conway (Jamie), Doug Conway and Darla Conway-Combs (Richard); his brother Charlie Conway; and his pet Mia. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.
