He was predeceased by: his father Jim Shock; and his brother-in-law Dennis McDermitt. He is survived by: his mother Rosetta McKillip Shock; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Katrina Shock; his sister Tracey; his brother-in-law Dennis Frame; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Warvel (Dennis Nicholson), Matt McDermitt (Tami Vance), Danielle, Damon and Delaney Shock; his great-nieces, Ella Warvel and Lily-Vance McDermitt; his great-nephew Gabe Warvel; his friend Mark Richardson; and his close friends, Shawn Bailey, Dawn Martinez and Cindy Manning.
