He is survived by: his children, Nathan Blackwell and Rachel Blackwell; his stepson Josh Turner (Tasha); his grandchildren, Logan Turner, Lucas Turner, Zayden Allen Holbert and Eliot Michael Holbert; and his siblings, Michelle Chamness, Susi Gage (Doug) and Lee Blackwell (Theresa).
