We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2023, at the age of 77, Garneta Kay Hess of Fountain City, Indiana, born in Hartford City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garnet Fishback and Helen Fishback. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Hess of Fountain City; her children, Arthur Hess (Deborah) of Milford, Michigan, Andrew Hess (Natalie) of Pennsville and Anna Hess of Fountain City; and her brothers, Roger Fishback (Pat) of Tennessee and Richard Fishback (Suzie) of Hartford City, Indiana.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
