He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Williams and Elsie L. Frame Williams; his wife Mary Williams; his granddaughter Jennifer Williams; his son-in-law Peter Lyons; and his siblings, Maxine Williams, Anna Marie Draver and Earl Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Livesay (Claude), Jerry Williams (Joni) and Marilyn Lyons. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
