She is survived by : her parents, Jack Phillips and Tina Stapleton Reynolds; her children, Marissa Middleton, Bryanna Bragg and Thomas Middleton; her brothers, Bo Phillips and Thomas Brown; her uncle Ray Stapleton (Beth); her great-aunt Patsy Delay; her cousin Conner Stapleton; and her close friend Joseph Freeman.
