He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hall and Zula Hall; his sister Gweneth Jacques; his parents-in-law, John and Carol Beals; and his brother-in-law Robert Beals.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie Beals Hall; his sisters, Karen Hall O'Brien of Bellville and Iris Johnston of Brunswick, Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Beals of Fountain City, Laura Beals Beeler and Bob Jacques of Hemet, California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
