She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Weaver and Betty Weaver (Walls); and her brother Joseph Weaver. She is survived by: her husband Leon E. Bell, Jr.; her daughters, Stacy Bell-Archer (Joshua Wishmyer) and Robin Weidenbener (Michael); her grandchildren, Jillian Archer, Marian Archer and Robert Weidenbener; and her brother Jeff Weaver (Karyn).
