She is survived by: her children, Jeramy Cruz (Jenny) of Crown Point, IN and Nicole "Nikki" Bannwart (Matt) of Noblesville, IN; and her grandchildren, Ezekiel Cruz, Ryan Cruz, Lucas Bannwart and Kinsley Bannwart.
