She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Whetsel and Lois Whetsel (Porter); and her grandson Gabriel Michael Hawk. She is survived by: her husband Thomas M. Hawk; her son Michael Winfield Hawk of Fairmount, IN; her grandchildren, Casi Lea Rocuant (Nicholas David) and Rebecca Jean Hawk; her great grandchildren, Alex Thomas Rocuant, Amara Marie Hawk, Maselea Ray Hawk and Bryson Gabriel Herald; and her sisters, Fay Shoemaker (Lloyd), Debra Kizer (Fred), Rhonda Kammeyer (John) and Theresa Dunlap (John). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
