He is survived by: his children, Billy Fields (Jamie), Donald Fields and Kimberly Stites; and his siblings, Jeffrey A. Fields, Kathy Haskett (Fields), Karen Mattox (Fields), Tina Fish (Fields), Nancy Ladd (Fields) and John Fields. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and many other loving family members and devoted friends.
