He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Mallie Collins (Amburgey). He is survived by: his children, Billy Wayne of Fortville, Randy of Fortville and Janetta Sandlin (Bill) of Owasso, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Shelby Collins (John Hussung), Amanda, David and Carissa Sandlin; and his sisters, Marlene Moore, Edna Wilson, Jeanette Evans and Sharon Kay McIntire. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
