She was predeceased by: her parents, George Skaggs and Betty Skaggs (Boone); and her husband Jimmy Taylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Bills (Tracy) of Fortville and Mindi McKeeman (Rob) of Greenfield; her grandchildren, Alex Bills, Cassie Brumfield (Jason), Chelsea Gibson, Drew Weir (Juliana Wyatt), Gaston McKeeman and Brooks McKeeman; her great grandchildren, Joey, Murphy Brumfield, Emma and Hunter Gibson; and her brother Bob Skaggs. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
