He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marti" Burdine (Shively); his children, Rhonda Burdine, Sonny Burdine (Christy), Dale Burdine and Mike Burdine (Mary Ann); his stepchildren, Cheryl Spencer and Michael Spencer; and his grandchildren, Adam Burdine, Kyle Burdine, Austin Burdine, Jessica Humphrey, John Burdine, Brandon Burdine, Amanda Burdine, Cynthia Burdine, Hailie Brewer, Doug Campbell, Rob Campbell and Brian Williams. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
