She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Keene and Elizabeth "Dallie" Keene (Justice); her son Roger Counts; and her siblings, Betty Pack, Dottie Nickels, Shirley Keene, Bonnie Keene, Paul Keene, Burley Keene, Bobby Keene and Curt Keene.

She is survived by: her husband Edward J. Frank of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
