She is survived by: her parents, Lorenzo Hernandez and Melissa Hernandez; her siblings, Ximena Cruz, Jonathan of Fort Wayne, IN and Alan Hernandez of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandparents, Sue Hasting of Wawaka, IN, Tom, Janet Lindsay of Ligonier, IN, Sofia and Silvestre of Mexico; and her great-grandparents, Marilyn Gloor of Ligonier, IN, Gene and Sue Storms.
