He was predeceased by: his sons, Michael Weaver, Walter Weaver and Max Weaver. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Greg Shirk (Lisa) of Fort Wayne, Brenda Morris (Grant) of Jupiter, FL and Rhonda Shotts (Matt) of Fort Wayne; and his grandchildren, Robin Negron (Travis), Wendy Weaver, Dusty Weaver, Nicole Streb, Jared Shirk (Grace), Jake Shirk, Alyse Penninger, Trey Penninger, Evan Shotts and Andrew Shotts. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
