He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith (Albertson); and his children, Patricia Esslinger (Phillip) of Churubusco, Kenneth Smith (Deb-Anne) of Fort Wayne, Tammy Malone (Quintin Fanning) of Laotto and Shelly Jarvis (Brandon) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
