He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Simon and Dorothy Simon (Fitzgerald); his girlfriend Wanda Ramsey; his daughter Amy Simon; and his sister Sandra Palmerscheim.
He is survived by: his daughter Anne Simon; his sister Kathy Hoelscheer; and his extended family, Tim Ramsey, Jim, Jennifer O'Day and Paula Phillips. He is also survived by many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
