He was predeceased by: his parents, David Freeman and Anna (Fields) of Decatur; and his sister Daveanna Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Freeman of Fort Wayne; his children, Katheryn Moroney, Maureen Moroney, Heather Evelyn Freeman, David Jordan Freeman and Sarah Estelle Freeman; his brothers, Mark Freeman (Jacqueline) of Decatur and Jason Freeman (Alan Sterns) of Norcross; and his sister-in-law Gail Strain (Howard) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
