He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Alice Collins (Sutterfield). He is survived by: his wife Gena; his children, Chelsea Rosario (Mario), Issac Bouchard (Heather) and Cara Smith (Brian); and his sister Kathy Wassermen. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors.
