He was predeceased by: his father William Bailey Jr. Kipp; and his grandparents, William and Stella Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Bailey; and his siblings, Glenn Bailey (Willie Bailey), Jack Bailey (Nena Bailey), Bobby Bailey Kevin (Delonda Bailey), Dennis, Todd Salter, Gloria Bailey-Greene (Dirk Greene) and Sue Maydwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and life-long friends.
