He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Starn and Anna Starn (Frederick); and his brothers, James, Tommie, Donald and John.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Thompson); his sons, William Allen Starn (Mark Hasse), Christopher Scott Starn (Elizabeth) and Jeffrey Lee Starn (Traci); his grandchildren, Jessie (Zach), Spencer, Caleb, Elizabeth and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Keegan and Kaiden; and his siblings, Judy, Bob and Gary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
