He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard G. Shull and Dana Shull (Moore); his wife Virginia Mae Shull; his son Barry Shull; his brother Reginald E. Shull; and his half-brother John R Millspaugh.
He is survived by: his son Linwood B. Shull (Martha) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Sara Hood (Eric), Ben Shull (Jamie), Aimee Felger (Mike), Casee Paige and Elizabeth Cain (David); his nieces, Cassandra Hebermehl, Regina Hahn and Stephanie Rooker; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Cosper. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren.
