He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M Menefee Sr. and Marcella I. Menefee; and his brother Eric Menefee. He is survived by: his children, Ray Menefee of Auburn, IN, Jacob, Eddie Menefee, Samantha Shelton (Clet) and Haley Fogelson of Fort Wayne, IN; and his siblings, Lugena Platt (David) of Fort Wayne, IN, Richard M Menefee Jr. (Rhonda), Brian Menefee (Barbara), Glenn Menefee (Mindi) of Fort Wayne, IN, Dean Menefee (Conella) of Fort Wayne, IN and Barney Gamble (Lori) of Yoder, IN.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the family in care of Lugena Platt.
