She was predeceased by: her parents, Murland R. Watters (Jim) and Robia E. Watters; and her brother Garland A. Watters. She is survived by: her husband Eugene E. Allen of Fort Wayne, IN; her sister Norma L. Meyer of Coldwater, MI; and her sister-in-law Carol Watters of Columbia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
