He is survived by: his mother Christina Jewell; his stepfather Ronald Richards Both of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; his siblings, Brandon Jewell of Napoleon Ohio, Emily Ondersma of Fort Wayne Indiana, Danny Handschy of Fort Wayne Indiana, Jeremy Richards of Fort Wayne Indiana, Jeanne Richards of Fort Wayne Indiana and Joshua Richards (Christina); and his son Lakeside Park. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousin.
