He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Samuel Odom, Roberta Sarter, Nancy and Robert Lloyd. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Gilbert (Melinda) and Teresa Gilbert (Lloyd); his daughter Naylei Hope; his siblings, Teresa Gilbert (Christopher Sewell), Steve Gilbert III (Michelle) and Kyle Gilbert; his fiancée Faith Jennings; his stepsiblings, Ashlee and James; his nieces and nephews, Kylee, Nevaeh, Lillian, Destini, Malachi and Jeremiah; and also Robert McCluskey.
