Allen; her brothers, Thomas S. Smyers (Leslie) and Todd E. Smyers; her niece Kimberly; and her nephews, Daniel, Michael and Todd.

Memorial donations in Tracie's honor may be directed to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
