He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Devine and Hagan; and his siblings, Marie Strunk, Robert, John, William and Richard Devine.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Katy" Devine (Golden); and his children, Karen Monroe (John) of Ft Wayne, David Devine (Panicha "Awe") of Ft Wayne, Steven Devine (Renee) of Ft Wayne, Michael Devine (Victoria) of Huntertown and Ronald Devine (Karen) of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
